Our Mission
Youth Media Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving children’s access to fair, reliable, and objective educational media programming. With a focus on journalism, news, and current affairs, the Foundation seeks to accomplish its objectives by supporting organizations that provide highly engaging, educational, unbiased, fact-based, and informative content for young audiences. Grantees undergo a rigorous screening process to ensure the produced content complies with children's content best practices.
